“I’ve been a VR enthusiast for years and have been capturing footage with a GoPro 360 since 2018,” Roth shared in a statement. “With the pandemic making set visits tricky, I wanted fans to get a firsthand look at what recreating the iconic world of Borderlands involved. You’ll be immersed in the stunning sets crafted by our brilliant art department in Budapest, and watch our stars rehearse intense scenes. You’ll even see Cate Blanchett and Ariana Greenblatt performing a high-flying stunt from a towering height, fleeing a collapsing truck bed. Light Sail VR helped us create an amazing experience that puts you right in the heart of the action, capturing the true essence of our time on set in the wild world of Borderlands.”
