Donkey Kong Land Joins Switch Online Game Boy Collection – Update

Following three exciting Expansion Pack updates in October, November brings a single-player highlight to the regular tier of the Switch Online libraries that’s worth checking out.

Gamers can now dive into Donkey Kong Land (1995) in the Game Boy collection. This title isn’t just any port—it’s a specially crafted Game Boy version drawing inspiration from the iconic Donkey Kong Country, a classic that proudly marks its 30th anniversary this week.

This update is notable as it breaks the silence since the last basic tier update with SNES games in September. Moreover, it’s the first fresh addition to the Game Boy library since the complete Mega Man series joined the lineup back in June.
