What Games Are You Diving Into This Weekend? (November 23-24)

Hey there, weekend warriors! It’s that time of the week again when we get to kick back and dive into our favorite games. This weekend has a lot in store, with brand-new titles like Stalker 2, the much-anticipated Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, and the ever-popular Genshin Impact making waves. Plus, Xbox is rolling out several Free Play Days games alongside a multitude of enticing Black Friday deals on the Xbox Store.

Here’s what I’ll be tackling this weekend on the gaming front:

I had hoped to be well into writing my review of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 by now, but the game’s rocky start has thrown a wrench in those plans. With a bit of luck, the issues will iron themselves out over the weekend, and I’ll be able to get some playtime in. If not, it’ll have to wait until next week.

As for Stalker 2, it just doesn’t vibe with my interests, and that’s alright. Instead, I’m planning to dive into Still Wakes The Deep, which has been on my radar for a bit. Additionally, I’ll revisit the Portal Companion Collection on my Nintendo Switch. I’ve played those classics on Xbox before, but there’s something uniquely satisfying about experiencing them in handheld mode.
