Come February 18, 2025, PlayStation Plus subscribers are saying goodbye to eight more games. While the PlayStation Plus Essential plan grants you three new games to add to your library each month, subscribers of the Extra and Premium tiers enjoy access to a vast collection of games. However, it’s important to note that while new additions frequently come in, numerous titles also make their exit.
For those wielding a PS4 or PS5, PlayStation Plus is an indispensable component of the gaming experience. It doesn’t just facilitate epic multiplayer battles in games like Call of Duty but also grants Extra and Premium tier members access to an extensive range of games without additional cost. Yet, akin to the rotation on the Xbox Game Pass, titles disappear from the lineup to pave the way for fresh arrivals. January saw the departure of games like Just Cause 3, Just Cause 4, Life is Strange, and Resident Evil 2. Sadly, even more titles are set to bid farewell in a few weeks.
Twitter user Wario64 has revealed that on February 18, 2025, eight more games will leave the PS Plus lineup. The titles leaving include The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition, Tales of Arise, Tales of Zestiria, Tales of Symphonia Remastered, Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition, Outriders, Scarlet Nexus, and Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition. Although some of these might not be top-tier titles on PS Plus, saying goodbye to The Outer Worlds and Tales of Arise will surely sting for many subscribers. Fortunately, there’s still a bit of time left to dive into these games before they vanish.
In January, PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers enjoyed the arrival of major titles like God of War Ragnarok, Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, Citizen Sleeper, and Atlas Fallen: Reign of Sand. Out of the 11 new games added, the showstopper was undeniably God of War Ragnarok, the thrilling follow-up to 2018’s acclaimed hit.
Even those with only the Essential tier weren’t left out in January. The lineup featured blockbusters like Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered, and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe. While the monthly games for all tiers are permanent additions to your library once claimed, don’t forget to grab them before next month’s titles roll out.
