The Pokémon Company has just revealed that there’s a brand-new Pokémon Presents showcase scheduled for February 27. What’s special about this date? It’s Pokémon Day 2025, a yearly event where fans across the globe celebrate their love for the Pokémon universe.
You’re probably wondering, “When can I tune in?” The upcoming showcase will be available for streaming on the official Pokémon YouTube and Twitch channels. Set your alarms for 9 a.m. EST, which translates to 6 a.m. PST, 2 p.m. GMT, and 11 p.m. JST, depending on where you are in the world.
As for what we’ll see during this event, The Pokémon Company has kept those details under wraps. However, it’s a safe bet that we’ll learn more about Pokémon Legends: Z-A. This new installment by Game Freak transports players to the Kalos region and is slated for a 2025 release on the Nintendo Switch—and quite possibly the anticipated Switch 2.
